Mariah Carey has been spotted in Anguilla, the British West Indies. In case you did not know where Anguilla was, it is just a 35 square miles island in the Caribbean. So what was Ms. Carey doing there?Well, Anguilla is known for its celebrity-friendly atmosphere. That is why guys like David Duchovny like to vacation there with family. It is still not a very crowded vacation spot, say, compared to Cancun in Mexico. While if you have a private jet, as many Hollywood celebrities do, it is easy to get to.
