Las Vegas has it all. While we tend to think of the Sin City as a place to gamble at the casinos, actually most of the time I never drop a penny into a slot machine. There are so many other options for entertaining yourself there, that includes fine dining restaurants, luxury suites, nightclubs, pools, shows, and shopping. Apart from , there is a very elegant restaurant called Picasso's Terrace in the Bellagio Hotel and Casino. Chef Julian Serrano prepares a delicious dish in this video.
