You know I love this dress that Jennifer Lopez wore for the premiere of "El Cantante," but I am a little concerned that with just a little bit of wardrobe malfunction, the world will see what it has not yet seen, but we all know that J Lo has pulled off these daring outfits before without a nip slip.
