Paris is considered to be one of the most romantic cities in the world and not too long ago Tom Cruise proposed to Katie Holmes at the top of the Eiffel Tower. Rod Stewart also proposed to his long-time girlfriend Penny Lancaster at the top of the tallest structure in France (Until the construction of the Chrysler Building in New York City in 1930, the Eiffel Tower was the tallest building in the world). Mariah Carey and Pharrell Williams shot the video "Say Somethin" in Paris. Millions of couples whose names are not known (it is estimated that as many as 200 million people have visited the Tower) have said those magic words to each other in Paris.
