Hilary Duff is a great artist and if you can watch her perform for free, that is even better. To spot Hollywood celebrities like that you must try to be at the Rockefeller Center on Fifth Avenue in the morning and get a premium spot. I think she looks hot in that red dress though I thought the hemline was too high.
