Justin Timberlake's breakup with Cameron Diaz must have been definitely painful to him but looks like he is doing pretty well moving on. He did a remarkable job promoting Shrek Three and even surprised the media and us all by getting along really well with her ex. He is also getting busy working on his music label and the new sensation to join the label is Esmee Denters.
