You must have heard that outside of Hollywood, Aspen (apart from Vail) is the playground of the stars. So when they are in Aspen, they stay at The Little Nell, spen’s only ski-in and ski-out resort. The hotel has a year-round concierge staff of six in addition to its staff of 200 employees. With only 92 rooms to serve, guests’ needs are attended to at every turn. In the winter season an additional ski concierge team of six is brought on staff to ensure every boot is warm and every ski is tuned. An astonishing average of 60 percent of The Little Nell’s guests are repeat visitors, which reflects the incredible attention to detail the staff provides.
